Services. A1 Mindset provides mental-performance coaching, education and related digital resources on a monthly membership basis.

Not clinical care. A1 Mindset provides mental-performance coaching and education. It does not provide psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, or emergency services.

Billing. Memberships bill monthly in advance and may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Sessions. Unused 1-on-1 sessions do not roll over between months unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Minors. Athletes under 18 require a parent or guardian to hold the account and consent to coaching.
